The Alex Foundation is not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. If you are using PayPal for your purchases, please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct. If there is a error and your package is returned, you will be responsible for the additional postage.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the *overwhelming response* to the Alex Toy, there is a 8+ WEEK delay for the toy. Please remember that these toys are HAND-MADE and not mass manufactured - TNT Toys is working as hard they can to fill orders as quickly as possible.
All orders may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. In some cases we are able to fill your order within 5 days. If you have any concerns or questions, please email alex@alexfoundation.org
Custom Orders. The items listed below are custom orders, please note that it may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped:
- Alex sterling silver pendant.
- Embroidered items with the Alex logo.
- Alex Accomplishment T-shirt. These are silk screened to order, and shipped directly from the artist's studio in California.
- "Diva in Grey" and "Unforgettable": These limited edition Giclée prints will be shipped directly from the artist's studio and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
